These terms govern your use of ProfitVault (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
The App provides profit-tracking tools for Shopify stores: cost management, per-order profit, reports, forecasts and integrations. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must install the App on a Shopify store you control and grant the requested permissions. You are responsible for the accuracy of costs and expenses you enter.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly through Shopify’s billing system, including any free trial. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges and downgrades features per the selected plan. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Profit figures are estimates based on the data available and the costs you provide. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a decision-support tool, not accounting or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using the App. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate any law or Shopify’s terms.
We may update these terms or the App. Uninstalling the App terminates your use; your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
